Click-PLM integration connects live product and volume data directly into carbon accounting workflows

LONDON, UK, 11 February 2026: Mondra, the AI-powered platform delivering product-level intelligence for food supply chains, today announces that British food giant Ocado has become the first Mondra customer to fully integrate its Product Lifecycle Management system, Click-PLM, with the Mondra carbon accounting and management platform.

This Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) integration enables automated, product-level Scope 3 emissions accounting across Ocado’s food retail operations, connecting live product and volume data directly into its carbon reporting processes.

Through this integration, Ocado can track changes in its product portfolio dynamically and use carbon data to support sustainability decision-making more efficiently. The deployment represents a move from static reporting toward a system-based approach to Scope 3 management, embedding carbon considerations into product and commercial workflows.

A spokesperson at Ocado, comments,

“Integrating our product lifecycle data with Mondra allows us to automate key elements of our Scope 3 emissions accounting and better understand how changes in our product portfolio affect our carbon footprint. This supports more informed decision-making as we continue to develop our sustainability approach.”

Jason Barrett, CEO of Mondra, comments,

“Ocado’s decision to use Mondra’s DaaS reflects a clear shift toward system-based, product-level Scope 3 management. By integrating live product and volume data from Click-PLM directly into our carbon accounting platform, Ocado is moving beyond static reporting to embed carbon intelligence into everyday product and commercial decisions. This kind of integration shows how high quality, connected data can make sustainability reporting more automated, accurate and ultimately more actionable at scale.”

Mondra was developed in coalition with the British Retail Consortium (BRC), whose members include leading grocery retailers such as Tesco, M&S, Co-op, ASDA, Lidl, Aldi, Pets at Home, and Sainsbury’s; major suppliers including Avara, Samworth Brothers, Greencore, Pilgrim’s, Dunbia, Cranswick, and Bakkavor; and global brands such as Starbucks and Nando’s. Together with NGOs and government partners, this coalition is working to establish a unified standard for measuring product-level performance — creating a level playing field that enables consistent and credible measurement across the food industry.
