How independent security testing helps Mondra protect customer data and strengthen trust.
Security is built on trust, and trust has to be earned and tested. For our customers, confidence in Mondra means knowing we take the protection of their data seriously and put our platform through independent scrutiny.
Independent penetration testing to protect customer data
That’s why we work with CODA Security as our independent penetration testing partner. Over the past three years, CODA have tested our platform and cloud environments, helping us identify weaknesses and address them. They then return to independently retest our remediation, checking whether our changes have resolved the issues identified.
This follow-through matters. Finding a vulnerability is one step. Addressing it and independently verifying the result gives us a stronger basis for confidence in our security.
A security partnership built on practical action
What makes this work is the partnership. CODA took the time to understand how our platform is built, how it operates and why we make the technical decisions we do. This understanding helps make their findings relevant to our environment and useful to the people responsible for improving it.
Their findings come with clear evidence and practical recommendations, giving our team the detail needed to understand each issue and take action. Throughout testing and remediation, CODA are responsive, approachable and easy to work with. Open discussion helps us work through findings and focus on resolving them.
As an NCSC CHECK Assured Service Provider, CODA bring the rigour our customers, including some of Europe’s largest food retailers, rightly expect from us. Those expectations reinforce the importance of testing our security through an independent specialist.
Independent testing is a core part of how we protect our customers’ data. Our relationship with CODA supports a continuing process of assessment, remediation and verification, helping us strengthen our platform over time.
We’re proud to work with a partner who brings technical rigour and a collaborative approach to this responsibility.
