Meet Mondra at the Sustainable Foods Conference 2026

This week, food and beverage leaders from across the UK and Europe will come together at the Sustainable Foods Conference to tackle one of the defining challenges facing the sector.

How do organisations build real resilience across their value chains while delivering measurable commercial outcomes?

Mondra will be exhibiting at the event at Booth 4, and on Wednesday 28 January at 14:40 in Room A, we are hosting a panel discussion that goes beyond ambition and into execution.

Why resilience now matters more than ever

Food supply chains are under sustained pressure from climate volatility, nature impacts, input cost inflation, regulatory change and rising expectations around Scope 3 emissions and transparency. At the same time, organisations are being asked to deliver credible sustainability progress while protecting margins, availability and brand trust.

Resilience can no longer be treated as a theoretical concept or a long-term aspiration. It must translate into better decisions today. Decisions that link farm performance to product outcomes, and product outcomes to P&L.

That is the focus of our session.

Building Value-Chain Resilience for Tangible Commercial Outcomes

Room A | Wednesday 28 January | 14:40 | 45 minutes

This session will explore how food businesses are redefining resilience across climate, nature, supply continuity, farmer viability and product performance, and how resilience investments can become a source of competitive advantage rather than cost.

The discussion will cover:

  • Turning adaptation into advantage through resilience-led investments

  • Linking farm and supplier performance to commercial outcomes using data and digital infrastructure

  • Responding to volatility as organisations reassess forecasting, planning and target-setting models

  • Moving from static reporting to decision-led sustainability execution

Throughout the event, the Mondra team will be at Booth 4, demonstrating how leading food retailers and manufacturers are moving beyond carbon reporting to build decision-ready sustainability infrastructure.

We will be showcasing:

  • Product carbon footprinting across full assortments

  • Scope 3 emissions reporting that stays accurate as supply chains change

  • Living product digital twins that connect farm, supplier and product data

  • Decision-led transition planning that links sustainability outcomes to commercial performance

If you are attending the conference and want to talk about resilience, Scope 3, product carbon footprints or turning sustainability data into decisions, we would love to meet you.

Come and see us at Booth 4, and join us in Room A on Wednesday at 14:40.
